Upcoming Events at the Villa Park Library

The Villa Park Library is hosting a series of fun upcoming events! See below for more information!

Author Visit: On Saturday, November 4th at 2:00 PM mystery author Anne Cleeland will visit the Villa Park Library. As part of her author talk, Anne Cleeland will explore the tricky balancing act of presenting a romance plot alongside a thriller plot, and describe how the great writers manage to pull it off. Technology Workshop: On Thursday, November 9th at 2:00 PM the Villa Park Library is presenting a workshop called, Digital Resources for You.  This event will begin with a brief presentation about digital resources and will end with a hands-on workshop. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own devices and practice downloading free digital books and resources from the library. Preserving Family Photos Presentation: Visit the Villa Park Library on Thursday, November 16th at 2:00 pm and learn about preserving your family treasures! This free one hour presentation will discuss why preservation matters and offer low cost and no cost ways to start preserving right away.
