Each year the City completes a cycle of street rehabilitation projects in order to maintain the life of the City’s asphalt streets. Locations and asphalt treatment methods are identified by the City Engineer using data from the City’s Pavement Management System, coordination with other underground projects, as well as field observation and reports from residents throughout the year.
