Community Room Rentals

The Villa Park Council Chambers/Community Room operates under the jurisdiction of the City of Villa Park and is intended primarily for social, cultural, educational, philanthropic or recreational programs. Individuals, community and business organizations are permitted and encouraged to use the center, which is available on a reservation basis. Anyone renting The Villa Park Council Chambers/Community Room shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to the use of the Facility. This includes the Orange County Health Care Agency and CAL/OSHA health and safety requirements.

To make a reservation for either the City of Villa Park's City Council Chambers/Community Room or Conference Room, a Facilities Use Application must be completed. All fees are required to be paid in full within 72 hours of reserving the facility. Approval depends upon intended use, availability and the conditions deemed necessary by the City Manager.

Definitions

• Resident: Villa Park resident event (60% or more attendees must be residents), City Council candidate fundraiser, and other similar organizations.
• Non-Resident: BOTGO, Non-Villa Park schools, non-resident activity, non-Villa Park civic, social organizations, and other similar organizations.
• For-Profit: Businesses using City facilities for commercial purposes, and other similar organizations.
