City Council Advisory Committees

City Council Committees are appointed or removed by a majority vote of the City Council annually, and when otherwise needed or desired, to serve within assigned areas of responsibility for the purpose of gathering and studying information. The Mayor shall provide recommendations to the Council for the yearly appointments.

The City of Villa Park welcomes and encourages residents’ active participation through serving on a City-appointed committee. Committees examine issues of community interest and make recommendations to the City Council on policy matters. Each committee reviews specific subjects and carries out assignments as directed by the City Council or as prescribed by law.

The City of Villa Park currently has vacancies in the following committees:

To apply for a vacancy on one of the above Committees, please submit a committee application to Villa Park City Hall via mail at 17855 Santiago Boulevard, Villa Park, CA 92861, by email or in person during City Hall’s regular office hours.

All meetings are open to the public and Committee members welcome your participation.
