By submitting an application you are agreeing to the following...
I am requesting participation in the Camp Pendleton Armed Services YMCA Home Hospitality program which allocates Marines from Camp Pendleton to local households for the day on Thanksgiving. I authorize the Armed Services YMCA or the Marine Corp to make such investigation as they deem necessary for the purpose of entrusting me with custody of such Marines on Thanksgiving. This authorization is valid through Thanksgiving of the year in which this application is signed. I understand that it will be necessary for me to be present at Camp Pendleton Thanksgiving morning with my driver’s license identification to participate in the program.
